HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

It's not often I celebrate birthdays! But today (technically yesterday... since it's already the 20th) was Boss S' 47th birthday (you can click on that link to his blog, but mind you, it's all in Japanese!). It was a quiet day, his family came in for dinner. His daughters are adorable!

So, in celebration, one of the chefs made tiramisu! It was delicious. Strong in liquor and a bold hint of coffee flavour (???). I don't know! I'm so bad at this!

I didn't buy him anything as a present this year, last year we went all out and bought him absolutely EVERYTHING! Well, that left us with nothing! Never mind! I'll bring back a special souvenir from Melbourne! Can't wait, two days left!
